Project Description:
McCarthy Architecture was selected to assist the East Dallas Church of God in relocating to a site in Rowlett. The team is in the design phase of a program that consists of a worship center for 350, offices, an education wing of classrooms, and a small kitchen area. The objective of the program is to site the building and provide flow through the structure to accommodate a future phase of expansion. The design will incorporate natural light and a masonry veneer. A bell tower and porte cochere for drop off at the front entry provide strong recognizable features to reinforce a welcoming traditional appeal.
