This past weekend, Bike Mart celebrated the grand opening of their latest store in Frisco. Offering a full range of bicycles and accessories, along with a full service department, the store has already become a hub for the cycling community in the area.

At Bike Mart's new store in North Frisco, construction is rapidly approaching completion. At this time, the majority of the work is centered around interior finish-out for the Bike Mart space, including store fixtures and finish materials. Additionally, exterior work is continuing with landscaping and parking striping.
McCarthy Architecture is excited to be partnering with Cabot, a luxury golf and residential resort under construction in Saint Lucia, on the development of their cart storage and caddy facility. The facility, which is located underground on three sides, will be topped by a portion of the driving range teeing area. Some recent construction photos are included below:
McCarthy Architecture is excited to be partnering with The Cross Church (formerly First Baptist Wylie) on a redevelopment of the church's front entry, including a new feature tower, lighted cross, pedestrian plaza, and landscaping.
Construction is well underway with the demolition of the church's existing front entry.

On the exterior, almost all masonry and other exterior finishes have been completed, and store signage has been installed. On the interior, painting of the exposed metal roof deck and overhead ductwork are well underway. Additionally, mechanical units have been recently delivered and installed.

Additionally, the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins are continuing simultaneously. Inside the future Bike Mart store space, the expanse of the store is really beginning to take shape.
At Cityscape Schools' Buckner Preparatory campus, construction is underway for the school's third phase of construction, which includes classrooms and teachers' offices which are similar to previous project phases. Meanwhile, demolition work is almost complete for the fourth phase of construction, which primarily centers on the school's main office.

At Freelife Church's new home in Forney, the church's new facility is beginning to take shape. Over the past several weeks, a pre-engineered metal building structure has been erected, with the concrete second floor deck being poured last week. Additionally, mechanical rough-ins are taking place on the first floor, while metal paneling is being installed on the exterior.
At Cityscape Schools, construction is continuing to progress along with the first phase of construction, which consists of classrooms, new restrooms, and enrichment spaces for science, music, art, and theater. Additionally, abatement and demolition work has begun for a second phase of construction, while will follow closely behind this first phase.
