CAM International selected McCarthy Architecture to assist them in producing a master plan that can accommodate their increasing number of missionaries.  The primary agenda of this campus is to house their headquarters in the United States. The expanding role worldwide they were undertaking proved that they needed an expansion of their facilities to accommodate all personnel.  Their current campus comprises of 3 small buildings that are becoming outdated. The plan is broken into 4 phases starting with a new 13,000 sq ft Missionary Services Building. Another phase consists of a new Leadership Training Center. The final 2 phases update the current buildings to bring a fresh façade look to the campus.
