This project includes the construction of a new 18,500 s.f. building for their Public Works department with a 9,750 s.f. office wing and an attached 5-Bay maintenance shop for the street, water, and  wastewater divisions. The existing 3,500 s.f. office building on campus will be renovated for the Parks & Recreation department, and a new 3,500 s.f. free standing shop will be built to accommodate their maintenance needs. A new 50,000 s.f. concrete yard with a fueling station, emergency generator, truck wash bay, and raw material bins will connect all three buildings.
