McCarthy Architecture partnered with Cody Johnson Studio on a multi-phase amenity center for the Estates at Shaddock Park residential development in Frisco. The first phase consists of a multipurpose gathering space with a serving area and adjacent restrooms to serve the pool area. A later phase of will include an adjacent fitness facility along with multiple shaded gathering areas located throughout the community.
