In support of one of Dallas’s most distinctive new golf courses, McCarthy Architecture partnered in a design-build effort to deliver a comprehensive cart barn and maintenance facility at the Great Trinity Forest Golf Course.

The project includes over 15,000 square feet of maintenance yard facilities dedicated to course operations. This facility houses the superintendent’s office, crew support areas, equipment repair bays, and ample storage for groundskeeping tools and vehicles. To enhance operational flow and safety, the design also incorporates a separate equipment cleaning station and a fuel island.

Adjacent to the main yard, an additional 8,000-square-foot cart storage building was constructed to accommodate the course’s fleet of golf carts, keeping them secure, charged, and ready for play.

Completed in 2015, the facilities are nestled into the serene, tree-lined setting of the course: designed with practicality, efficiency, and visual harmony in mind. These structures continue to support the course’s day-to-day operations with quiet reliability, just out of sight from the main fairways.
