Designed with rustic masonry, deep covered porches, and modern multi generational living in mind, the project blends regional heritage with contemporary ranch architecture.

This contemporary private residence reimagines multi generational living through a thoughtfully planned family compound designed for connection, privacy, and everyday life. Spanning roughly 10,000 square feet, the home blends shared gathering spaces with distinct private living areas, creating a modern environment that supports both independence and togetherness.

The campus is organized to prioritize accessibility, efficient circulation, and clear relationships between residential buildings and shared program spaces.
