The Brookfield Amenity Center in Melissa, Texas is officially wrapped in its finishes and ready for its next chapter. In partnership with First Texas Homes, the building envelope progressed from waterproofing layers, sheathing, and Tyvek to a finished exterior of textured brick, cut stone, and a dimensional shingle roof. The arched central breezeway framed by exposed timber trusses creates a welcoming gathering point for residents of this growing Melissa neighborhood. Next up is the landscape and site context design, which will tie the pool area, covered patios, and open lawn into one cohesive outdoor amenity.
