Progress continues at our North Texas Municipal Water District project. This municipal facility is projected to land right at 26,108 sq. ft. and will serve as a vital workspace for our city’s water operations. We thoughtfully designed this building to include office spaces, a storm shelter integrated into the break room, and safe storage for hazardous materials. Additionally, it will house garage space for essential work vehicles, ensuring teams can respond quickly to community needs. More updates to come as construction continues and as we prepare to open this space to support city services.
