The M3 Ranch Amenity Center is now complete, marking the realization of a central gathering place for one of Mansfield’s most anticipated residential communities. Designed by McCarthy Architecture for Hanover Property Company, the amenity center serves as the social heart of the 900 acre M3 Ranch master planned development, which will ultimately include more than 1,600 homes. The pavilion inspired architecture reflects the heritage and landscape of the ranch setting, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents to gather, relax, and connect.
The completed amenity complex includes a 3,338 square foot clubhouse, a 1,355 square foot pool house, and a 1,495 square foot open air loggia designed for year round use. Inside the clubhouse, a light filled great room anchors the space, framed by rich stained wood trusses, custom millwork, and expansive windows that bring natural light into the interior. Exterior materials combine dark siding with light stone bases and prominent timber columns beneath large overhanging gables, reinforcing the architectural character of the ranch inspired setting.
Working closely with Mesa as landscape architect, RTP Structural, MEP Systems Design and Engineering, Studio B Design, and general contractor SOI, the project team delivered a cohesive amenity environment that blends architecture, landscape, and recreation. With construction now complete, the M3 Ranch Amenity Center stands ready to welcome residents as a lasting centerpiece for community life in this growing Mansfield development.
From concept to completion, this project was guided by clarity of purpose: create a place that feels enduring and welcoming.
We are honored to have played a role in shaping this space and look forward to seeing it continue to serve M3 Ranch well into the future.
