North Texas Municipal Water District Design Build Project Complete

We are proud to share the completion of our design build project with the North Texas Municipal Water District. This project represents a collaborative effort rooted in trust, clarity, and a shared commitment to long term service for the communities NTMWD supports.



From early planning through final construction, the project focused on creating durable, functional, and well designed interior environments that support daily operations while reflecting the District’s mission of reliability and stewardship. Every design decision was guided by performance, longevity, and ease of maintenance, ensuring the spaces will serve staff and visitors well for years to come.


As a design build team, our integrated approach allowed for close coordination between design and construction, streamlining communication and maintaining momentum throughout the process. This collaboration helped us respond efficiently to evolving needs, align budgets & schedules, and deliver a finished project that meets both operational + aesthetic goals.
