Now Under Construction: Birdsong Amenity Center Brings Resort-Style Pool and Outdoor Living to Mansfield TX

We’re excited to share that construction is officially underway on the Birdsong Amenity Center, a thoughtfully designed community hub in Mansfield, Texas. This new facility blends modern architecture with functional outdoor living features to serve the residents of the Birdsong development.

Anchoring the site is a resort-style pool surrounded by sun decks, shaded lounges, and lush green landscaping. The center will also feature grilling stations, public restrooms, and inviting social areas perfect for weekend gatherings or summer relaxation.

What makes this project stand out architecturally is the floating roof design. This is intended to be a visually striking structure that uses a blend of exposed steel framing and wood accents. This contemporary canopy not only provides shade and shelter but also defines the visual identity of the amenity center with clean lines and warm, natural materials.

Located just minutes from Mansfield’s growing residential communities, the Birdsong Amenity Center is being developed to elevate both lifestyle and design quality for residents.
