Project Spotlight: Ennis Luxury RV Resort

McCarthy Architecture is proud to highlight the completion of the Ennis RV Park and RV Storage Complex, a luxury retreat designed for modern travelers and long-term guests alike. Conveniently located off Interstate 45 in Ennis, Texas, just steps away from the popular Buc-ee’s travel center, the site was envisioned to meet the growing demand for upscale RV accommodations in a high-traffic corridor.

This 64,431-square-foot development features 49 RV pads, each surrounded by unique landscaping and hardscaping that elevate the outdoor experience. Guests can enjoy a variety of thoughtful amenities, including a spacious multipurpose room, splash pad, bocce ball court, laundry facilities, showers, and a welcoming reception office.

Every design element was created to balance comfort, function, and aesthetics. The result is a space that feels both inviting and refined, setting a new standard for RV accommodations in the area.

Adjacent to the park is a 90-unit RV storage facility, built with wind-proof and hail-resistant structures, offering residents and travelers secure long-term storage with a convenient wash and dump station.

Completed in March 2021, this project demonstrates McCarthy Architecture’s commitment to designing environments that blend practicality with thoughtful design—creating spaces that serve both community and commerce.
