The Torch Cay Golf Maintenance Facility in the Bahamas is one of McCarthy Architecture's most unique commissions. Spanning over 43,000 square feet across multiple buildings on a private island, the complex was designed to support full scale golf course operations while prioritizing crew wellness and daily staff needs. From equipment service bays to a commissary and gym, every detail serves a purpose.

The M3 Ranch Amenity Center in Mansfield, Texas is now complete, creating a central gathering place for the growing 900 acre M3 Ranch community developed by Hanover Property Company. Designed by McCarthy Architecture, the pavilion inspired complex features a clubhouse, pool house, and open air loggia that blend warm timber structures, natural stone, and expansive gathering spaces for residents to connect and enjoy year round.
